Gmail — receipts and purchase memory under One
Gmail connection, receipt sync, and purchase-memory review under One's unified Email specialist.
TL;DR: Gmail connects a person's inbox to One for consented inbox help, receipt sync, and purchase-memory review. Conversational reads currently run through the unified Email specialist.
Status as of 2026-09-23: current repository source supports the Gmail connection and receipt services; a separate Gmail specialist is not established.
Relations
Gmail is the connection and receipt surface for the person's account. One's Email specialist handles consented inbox questions and receipt queries. Kai can present receipt and purchase information through its own view when the person has authorized access.
Current capabilities
- Receipt sync and review: The receipt service can parse and list records from a connected Gmail account. Availability depends on connection state, sync status, and the person's authorization.
- Purchase-memory view: The product can present structured receipt information without giving another agent unrestricted access to the inbox.
- Status visibility: The Email specialist can request receipt sync status and report the result to the person.
- Clear specialist boundary: The current One capability points Gmail conversations to Email Agent. A distinct Gmail agent, its own delegation bridge, and its own action authority should be described only after implementation and verification.
